The Innovation Centre project was developed for the Poplars precinct, in Jerrabomberra just outside of Canberra. The precinct is currently being developed as a high tech innovation park. PRA have been engaged to guide potential clients through briefing stages, establishing the clients goals, and transforming this into a built form responding the the needs of the client and the goals of the Poplars. PRA is working closely with the project management team (BMCA), construction team (MANTEENA) and the developer to engage with potential clients and assist in providing the necessary information for the economic modelling.
